Affiance Property and Financial Services is a dynamic property and financial services practice in Randburg. We can assist your company with accounting/bookkeeping, taxation, statutory, payroll, auditing, estate planning and administration and other related services.

We also manage commercial and industrial properties which include the property management side as well as the full financial function.

Many small business owners have an in-depth knowledge about the core of their business activities, but do not have all the knowledge regarding the financial aspects if a business and compliance thereof. We understand how important accurate and meaningful reports are for an organisation and therefore we do not only provide you with financial reports, but assist in explaining them to you. This enables you to understand the financial well-being of your business and act accordingly.

Our experience and qualifications, both as a Chartered Accountant and a tax practitioner greatly enhances our service to you in the services we provide.

Dirk Bijker – Founder

He is a qualified CA (SA) with 21 years of experience and a registered tax practitioner.

He served his articles at one of the big 4 auditing firms with my primary focus on various medium businesses and private individuals.

He held many positions in his career which included financial manager, company secretary, CFO and CEO / MD. He currently also holds independent positions as a trustee and a director.

He is a conscientious and hardworking professional person with a lot of business experience. This together with his strong accounting and tax skills gives him the capability of adding value to your business, either in an accounting, tax or business advisory capacity.
